I bring over 30 years of experience in the information technology industry, combining strong development expertise with proven skills in sales and business development. Before founding MyNRIPortal.com, I held key roles in several software companies, managing solution deliveries and driving growth across sectors such as healthcare, education, aviation, and automotive.

With academic backgrounds in Artificial Intelligence, I’m passionate about leveraging innovative technologies to simplify complex challenges faced by Non-Resident Indians. This passion inspired me to establish MyNRIPortal.com with a clear mission: to provide NRIs with accessible, trustworthy, and timely information that empowers them to make informed decisions—bringing the best of India and the world closer to their fingertips.

Mugdha Desai – Head of Operations

Senior IT professional with 25+ years of experience in Program/Portfolio management and managing operations for India development center.

I have worked on major transformation programs across multiple technologies and domains,  Extensive experience of program governance, delivery management, P&L management and recovery of troubled projects. Well versed with Global delivery / operations and compliance with quality standards ISO and SEI CMMi.

Outside work, I am passionate about singing and theatre.

Currently, I’m working on content strategies for a project focused on the global NRI community, making brands more visible and relatable across social media—no matter where their audience lives.

Beyond the screen, I’m a mom, too—navigating the wild, wonderful world of parenting. As a certified parenting coach and mom blogger, I share honest stories and practical tips to support moms like me.

I’m a Technology & Operations Associate at MyNRIPortal.com, focused on enhancing our student portal and integrating AI for a seamless user experience. I’m studying Computer Science and AI graduate, applying my skills to real-world tech challenges.

At MyNRIPortal, I design and improve the student portal using user feedback and testing. My AI experience at GenieMinds and tutoring background help me adapt and innovate quickly.

Outside work, I enjoy sketching portraits, gym, and playing piano—I recently earned my Grade 7 ABRSM. These hobbies boost my creativity and discipline, aiding my professional growth.
